European Commission’s Code of Conduct Participant Award 2011 – Existing Data Centre category

This award testifies that ebrc is committed to following the best practices defined by the European Commission.
106 European Data Centres as Participants to the European Code of Conduct were racing for this award.
The European Commission’s Code of Conduct (COC) on Data Centre’s Energy Efficiency is a voluntary code that organisations can endorse, committing them to implement measures to reduce energy consumption.
The code is now established as the definitive industry practice for reducing carbon emissions by Data Centres and has been widely adopted by more than 122 endorsers.
The European Commission’s Code of Conduct (COC) created special awards to recognise Data Centre operators who have demonstrated exceptional implementation of the code in their facilities.
